CANNON ROCKS INFO GROUP
- Origination. During a CRRA Committee meeting in 2022 the possible requirement for an additional information platform was identified. At the committee meeting of 5 April 2022 it was decided to create an information/communication group.
- Name. The name of the group will be Cannon Rocks Info.
- Terms and Condition. The following terms and conditions are applicable.
- The portfolio holder Communication and Community Support will be the Administrator of the Group. Another committee member to be registered as a second administrator.
- Any committee member may identify a topic for posting.
- Only the Administrator may post the message on the group.
- CRRA Committee may terminate the group.
- Only paid-up members may be become group members.
- Postings on the group is restricted to the Administrator(s).
- Administration of the group must comply to the Protection of Personal Information Act(POPIA) which cameintoeffecton1July2020 regarding the protection of personal information, maintaining a balance between the right to privacy, the need/needforfreeaccessto,andaccesstoinformation,andregulatingtheprocessingof
- All paid up CRRA members will be automatically subscribed and, in line with POPIA act, members who are not interested in being a member of the group, may remove him/her self from the group.
- A dedicated cellular telephone will be made available for Cannon Rocks Info group.
- Process.
- The committee member who identifies a topic for the group must formulate the message and distribute the message to all committee members on the CRRA Committee group for comment.
- Comment/approval by a minimum of five members is requested prior to posting
