Membership Fees

Thank you to all members who have already paid their annual membership fees for 2026.

For those who may have returned from holiday, taken a well-deserved break during January, or inadvertently overlooked the annual membership fee of R150.00 per household, please be reminded to make payment at your earliest convenience.

As reflected in the 2026 budget approved at the Annual General Meeting held in December 2025, membership fees constitute a significant portion of CRRA’s total income.  These funds are essential to ensure that current operational expenditures can be met timeously and that the Association continues to function effectively.

Your continued support is appreciated.

Community Hall Project

With the exception of an investigation into the possible installation of an additional roof support to ensure compliance with building regulations, all planned project-related activities have been successfully completed and paid for.  A minor water leak at one of the bathroom basin taps, replaced during February 2026, as well as a squeaking roof fan, have been noted and will be attended to.

Although the final project cost exceeded the budgeted amount slightly, the project was completed to a satisfactory standard and has resulted in a substantial improvement to the overall condition and usability of the Community Hall.

Use of Community Hall

A simplified Application Form for the use of the Community Hall was approved in October 2025 and will come into effect from January 2026.  The Community Hall is open for use by individuals, community groups, and organisations, and warmly welcome applications from all interested parties.  Usage fees will be applied in line with the Tariff List approved by the committee.

If you are interested in making use of the Community Hall, please contact the Portfolio Holder, Braam Gouws, on 079 211 1567.  For any payment-related enquiries, Michelle Hayes can be contacted on 082 422 9646.
