Hello, Cannon Rocks – We have got some fantastic news and updates to share, so grab a cuppa and read on.
A HOPPY Easter it Was🐰
We want to extend a huge thank you to everyone who supported our Easter egg handout. It was a resounding success.
The smiles and joy on the children’s faces were priceless and we could not have done it without your amazing support as you drove past shouting, cheering, laughing and of course, snapping a few photos.
And yes, those “crazy” people you saw on the roadside? That was just us – the mad bunch from the CRRA, spreading a little Easter magic.
150 Paid-up Members & Growing
We are thrilled to announce that we now have 150 paid-up households.
This means we are officially representing 300 wonderful members 🏆 across our households and the more, the merrier.
If you have not joined yet, now is the time to get involved and help us make our community even stronger.

A Long-Term Home for Our Community Hall
Great news. 🥳
The Community Hall lease has been signed for the next 9 years and 11 months, starting 1st June 2025. This gives us plenty of time to host events, activities and celebrations for years to come.
It is our little hub and we are making sure it is here to stay.
Paws on a Leash, Please 🐕
Just a friendly reminder to all our dog owners: please keep your dogs on a leash, whether you are walking on the street, on the beach, or enjoying the 🐕🦺 Cannon Rocks trail.
It is for their safety and yours too. 🐶
We love seeing our furry friends out and about but let us ensure everyone enjoys a peaceful walk.
Exciting Renovations at the Community Hall
Renovation work is underway at the Community Hall, and while progress may seem slow, each step is being carefully planned and carried out to ensure things are done properly. 👨🏽🏭
The space is already looking brighter and more inviting, and we are excited to see it gradually transformed into an even better venue for community events and gatherings.

Your Support Makes a Difference – Bags & More
What a pleasure it is to see people on the beach putting our recycled bags to good use.
A big thank you to everyone who has supported the bag initiative:- whether donating, spreading the word, or simply using the bags. Your involvement is making a real difference.
We were especially touched to receive a lovely letter from overseas visitors praising the project. It is heartwarming to see just how far our small community’s efforts can reach. 🌊🛍⛱
